New ACM Problem and Video Tutorials

A new acm problem is up and is easier than the previous one but you have to read what the question asks of you carefully. The reason hardly anyone gets this one correct the first time is because no one reads it correctly.

Signing up for the forum

If you sign up to the forum I would like it if you used your student email. Our website server cannot send out emails since that port is blocked by the school.

I and a few others have to manually approve the membership which we check at least once...
